Youll be the go-to expert for advertisers and agencies, solving technical challenges, reporting bugs, and providing guidance on maximizing the advertising platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment where youll make a real impact on client success.

‍ Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.
- Report bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on leveraging the advertising platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.

15 working days (8 hours/day, schedule varies between 08:30 and 09:30).
- Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week
- Salary Package:
- With company accommodation: 1,040.66 EUR gross/month (including room allowance).
- Without accommodation: 1,366.17 EUR gross/month.
- Includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance.

Schedule
- Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Days Off: Two days off per week (scheduled by the shift manager and communicated four weeks in advance).
