Description
We are looking for a talented Supplier Capacity Manager - Powergen Projects to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Power Systems Business in the Europe and the UK. This is a hybrid role and will require regular onsite collaboration.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead multiple procurement‑related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and priorities that align with business and procurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, tracking performance and driving accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, using structured tools to minimize disruption and maximize positive outcomes.
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and progress clearly and regularly to project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.




- Coordinate and optimize project resources, including expense and headcount planning, to support timely and efficient delivery.
- Apply financial and business insight to guide decision‑making and support procurement value creation.
- Capture, document, and share project learnings and best practices to strengthen execution across projects and teams.

Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Capacity and capability assurance experience, ensuring key BOP suppliers have the manufacturing capacity, technical capability, and operational resources to meet current and future business demand.
