Role




As an AI Engineering Director, you will lead strategic AI and data programs across key enterprise accounts, acting as the senior client interface and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact engagements.
Your mission is to drive account growth, oversee complex AI transformations, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across R&D;, Digital, Innovation, and executive teams.
You will combine AI technical depth with consulting delivery experience, client-facing leadership, and commercial ownership to deliver sustained client value and business expansion.
You will also contribute to talent development and help shape the strategy and growth of Visium’s AI offering, with a focus on Life Sciences and Specialty Chemicals clients.
