What You'll Do

As a Solution Specialist, you're the trusted expert guiding clients through cloud solutions that unlock their potential. You will:
- Lead sales cycles by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with potential customers
- Deliver impactful technical product insights tailored to customer needs and real-world scenarios
- Grow your expertise continuously by researching the latest cloud innovations and competitive offerings
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing details with razor-sharp accuracy
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions via engaging virtual sessions and face-to-face meetings
- Act as the key technical contact for the internal sales teams, supporting complex customer inquiries

What You Bring
