You will act as a performance consultant, ensuring all campaigns are meticulously executed, rigorously optimized, and reported with clarity and insight.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Design, implement,

- Campaign Execution & Scaling: Set up, launch, daily monitor, and proactively scale advertising campaigns. Demonstrable previous, hands-on experience in the direct management and optimization of Paid Ads is a non-negotiable REQUIREMENT.
- Deep-Dive Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, utilizing platform analytics to identify optimization opportunities, key trends, and insights that drive budget reallocation decisions.
