What you will do
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve suspicious transactions and fraudulent activity for clients.
- Analyze data, identify patterns, and take appropriate action to protect customers and the company from risk.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Meet individual performance targets while supporting the overall objectives of the team.

Who you are
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in fraud detection, risk management,



customer service, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow within the fraud prevention field.
