You will be the coolest person to be warm-heartedly welcomed to our team if you:
- Have 1-2 years of experience as Senior Recruiter or Lead Recruiter, Team Lead




- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, ideally in the agency
- Have experience with handling clients, onboarding them, and being responsible for customer success
- Are independent, can find the solutions to the arising issues and tackle them effectively
- Are not afraid of responsibility and can take responsibility not only for yourself but also for your team
- Can admit your mistakes reflect on what could have gone wrong and change your attitude and behaviour based on your reflections
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do
- You know your way around project management tools like Click up or Monday.com (huge benefit)
