The function of the Bingo Executive is to be responsible for most operational and commercial aspects of YoBingo.es & Yobingo.pt our Spanish & Portugal Bingo brands.
As the Bingo Executive you’ll work closely with the Bingo Manager to develop and oversee bingo operations to optimise the product’s commercial performance with focus on delivering a world class customer experience.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and consistently track commercial activities and promotional campaigns.
Assist Customer Support and Chat Moderators with Bingo-related & casino inquiries.
Brief design and copy teams on campaign details and requirements.
Collaborate with the Bingo Manager to implement promotional plans and calendars, focusing on data-driven decisions.
Manage and optimize other products and campaigns within the sites for which it is responsible.
Analyse the performance of promotions and products, providing actionable insights.
Support the development and execution of product strategies for Bingo across multiple brands.




Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including design, content, technology, compliance, and legal teams.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:

Fluent Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on user experience (UX)
Analytical and data-driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving
Collaborative team player, comfortable with brainstorming, testing, measuring, and iterating to achieve optimal results and enhance entertainment value
Creative mindset, always exploring innovative features that enhance customer experience and add value to the Bingo product
