What you will be doing.





You will be a key part of the Sales Operations team, whose mission is to make sure the business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution & operations against it. We align the company priorities with strong day-to-day operations.



You will make sure our predominantly Salesforce-based tools, systems and dashboards take our sales force to the next level. You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales Operations, and Finance teams as a Salesforce administrative expert, integrating new technologies, architect systems, methods, and processes to help us be more efficient.



- Administrate and optimize our current Sales tech stack -mainly Salesforce Platforms- configuration, and other system related issues. Configure and deploy solutions with the Salesforce platform for sales, marketing and service management

- Manage data quality, enrichment, and data migration projects; suggest tooling and build integrations into other systems and lead the implementation. Configure and expand the data model, flows,

approval processes, validation rules.

- Understand business needs to incorporate them into the Sales Operations processes; making sure they are efficient and scalable. Support the creation of managerial reports and dashboards. Export data and build advanced data analytics using tools.

- Study the user's needs and the difficulties encountered. Conduct testing and deployment with users. QA and test our sales processes to make sure they are working smoothly.

- Install, configure and maintain Salesforce packages like CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc. Work with Apex as needed to extend the system and build integrations.



Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:



- 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce. Experience configuring, managing,

and extending Salesforce CRM system and utilization across medium and large-scale Sales Organization.

- Fluent English proficiency

- Hands-on experience implementing solutions and system integrations in SFDC, and/or technological change efforts (including program design and implementation). Working Apex knowledge equivalent of SFDC Platform Developer



- Strong ability to work with data: understanding of data structures and data modeling, SOQL, SQL, data import/export/migration/enrichment, reporting, and visualization.

- Experience with BI tools like Tableau



- Efficient problem solver; expert in leveraging solutions and applying them to current problems. Curious, quick learner and able to modify processes and technologies to make things work.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences and develop trusted relationships across stakeholders





Preferred Qualifications:



- Experience with Leads and Pipeline Management tools like SalesNav, Cognism, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.

- Experience with recurring billing platforms or ERPs and their integration with Salesforce.

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels from front lines to C-Suite. You set a high-bar in terms of communication effectiveness

- You demonstrate leadership qualities throughout your work – taking ownership of challenges, selflessly supporting your colleagues, and setting the standard for quality in your deliverables

- A growth mindset and innate curiosity where every interaction is an opportunity to learn and improve (yourself, and those around you)



LOCATION: this role can be based in Madrid, Spain, in a remote model.
