As a Support Center Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive service experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Educate clients on product functionality and provide guidance for effective use.
- Collaborate with other support team members to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Continuously follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction with the service provided.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance support quality.





Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to assist clients effectively.
- A customer-centric attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and communication tools is beneficial.
