Your mission will be to actively lead and manage Digital Transformation projects within the CAP DX organization, with a strong focus on MES implementation and industrial digitalization initiatives.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering cross-functional digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines and budgets.
Acting as a key link between business, IT and engineering teams, you will ensure the successful execution of software and digital solutions across the manufacturing environment.What do we offer?

Degree in Software Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Informatics, Computer Science or similarMinimum 3 years of experience managing software or digital projects, preferably in a manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and related tools (e.g. Jira,



Trello)Strong knowledge of software and hardware engineering and system integrations (MES, SAP, SCADA, robotics, AGVs, etc.)Proven experience managing projects from initiation to deliveryStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional project teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environmentsHigh flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) to collaborate with international stakeholdersExperience in stakeholder management, risk management, budget control and project reportingWho we are?
