ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Requirements Expert to join the team of Rail & Transit in our offices in Madrid, Bilbao or Barcelona.

In a multidisciplinary environment you will be exposed to all the latest technologies and best practices. Your main responsibilities are going to be:
- Lead the production of Verification and Validation Matrices (VVMs) to support technical design assurance.
- Ensure that the requirements management approach aligns with project standards and contractual obligations.
- Report to and liaise with project teams and subcontractors regarding requirements management processes during design, construction, and delivery phases.
- Develop, configure,



and manage the requirements management database.
- Drive innovation in the requirements management approach.
- Facilitate tracking and regular reporting on the performance of the requirements management process.
- Support other disciplines in their interactions with the DOORS database or similar tools.
