Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Tech Lead to support and coordinate cloud infrastructure operations across AWS and Azure environments.

The role combines hands-on technical work with operational coordination, acting as the main technical reference for the team while working closely with service managers and international teams.

The focus is on cloud platform stability, incident management, operational requests and cost optimization.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cloud operations across AWS and Azure environments
- Act as technical lead for the cloud operations team
- Review and manage operational tickets through ServiceNow / Jira
- Support incident resolution and operational troubleshooting
- Handle service requests such as permissions management, service principals and resource configuration




- Collaborate with service managers and infrastructure teams
- Support FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud costs
- Ensure operational stability of cloud platforms

Required Skills
- Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure environments
- Background in cloud infrastructure operations or platform operations
- Experience managing incidents and operational tickets
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Understanding of cloud identity, permissions and resource management
- FinOps / cloud cost optimization experience is a plus
