About the RoleWe’re looking for a Strategic Solution Specialist to own key customer accounts and drive their success with Waterplan by turning their pains into long term solutions. You’ll lead internal cross-functional teams, develop long-term partnership strategies,



and build use cases that shape our product roadmap and company strategy.
This is a high-impact role that combines analytics, strategy, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at some of the world’s largest organizations: turning water insights into real business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients to assess their needs to align Waterplan’s value proposition to their goals
- Act as the main internal owner of your accounts, leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Build long-term partnership strategies that drive renewals, growth, and impact.
- Understand customers' businesses, stakeholder dynamics, challenges, and software needs to provide insights and support their milestones.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability executives from top integral companies and become a trusted advisor.
