We have an exciting opportunity currently open for an experienced Assistant Club Manager to join COYA Marbella team.

Experience you will need:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury club.
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
- Demonstrate positive leadership and ability to develop the team, by mentoring, empowering, and identifying growth potential.
- Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations




- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
- Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people.
