Driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements,



and process streamlining through data analysis
Optimization and standardization of in-station processes such as receiving, sortation, route planning and loading
Creation of reports measuring performance and quality
Creation of training material and train the trainer sessions
Lead root cause analysis (using Lean, 5S or similar tools) to resolve performance gaps in relevant In Station KPIs
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by training frontline leaders on lean principles
xsgfvud Create and implement routines and mechanisms to drive improvement in the delivery stations
Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of experience in the logistics and delivery/ distribution industry
Fluent English, which can be used as a working language; German or French proficiency preferred;
