Airbus Defence and Space SAU invites recent graduates to join the #DISCOVER I 2026/2027 Graduate Programme in Spain. The programme is a full‑time, 11‑month internship (40 h/week) starting 2 March 2026, combined with a Master study package and an attractive study grant.
Selection Process
The selection will run from October 2025 until February 2026.
Internship role
As a Graduate Intern, you will act as a liaison between HR and business units, translating business needs into HR solutions and supporting the execution of HR plans.
- Support the business through HR measures (development plan, salary review, recruitment plan, staffing).
- Provide and manage HR services to a specific organisation unit in partnership with the business.
- Advise the business on all people‑related matters.
- Drive execution of business HR plans and release HR metrics & reports to management.
- Cascade HR policy and national labour regulations to management.
- Ensure coherency and harmonisation of compensation, benefits, training and recruitment policies according to business objectives.
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations, Business Administration, Law or a related field; a double degree in Law & Labour Relations or Law & Business Administration is a plus.
- High proficiency in the Office package.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Level B1 in Spanish.
- Level B2 in English.
