Job Overview

We invite recent graduates to participate in our Graduate Program in Spain in collaboration with Camilo José Cela University. The program starts in June/July 2026 and runs until May 2027.

Learning Experience

You will study a Master in training blocks to acquire in‑demand skills and complete an 11‑month internship at Airbus, starting in early October 2026. It is a full‑time role (40 h/week) with an attractive study grant.

Responsibilities

- Document and administrative support – file management, digitalization, report preparation.
- Support coordination and action planning – schedule reviews and audits, logistics for training sessions.
- Monitoring and control – PPE distribution, safety inspections.
- Research and continuous improvement – gather legislative information, basic data analysis, promote preventive safety culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Health & Safety.
- Negotiation level in English.
- Basic knowledge of Law 31/1995 and its regulations.
- Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, teamwork oriented.




- Excellent communication and discretion with sensitive data.
