Salary: Base salary of 22,244 EURgross/year + 12% bonuses

Job Responsibilities

- Understanding and identifying customer needs.
- Providing excellent customer service by listening, responding, and mediating between travelers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone.
- Clarifying inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements while ensuring accurate information and adherence to processes.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Icelandic (C2 level) and advanced English.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.




- Personal Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, motivated and goal-oriented approach, open to adapting to changing priorities and business processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
- Location: Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km of the office).
- Affinity: Familiarity with accommodation platforms.
- 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday).
- Shift: 15:00-23:00h.
- Contract: Temporary Contract.
