We are hiring 5 Junior AI Operations Specialists to join our team directly and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior leaders.

Your mission: Dismantle manual workflows and rebuild them from scratch using artificial intelligence and no-code tools.

This is an entry-level position designed for true builders : candidates focused on execution, speed, automation, and tangible results. If you want to kickstart your career by building real-world solutions from day one, this is the place for you.

Tareas

- Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using a mix of AI and no-code tools.
- Deploy AI agents and custom solutions using Claude, OpenAI, and other frontier models.
- Act as an internal 'AI strike-team' to solve high-impact business challenges across Sales, Product, and Ops.




- Move from 'idea' to 'prototype' in days, iterating fast and shipping real-world automation.

Requisitos

- High energy and a 'figure it out' mindset with zero ego.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, Lovable, etc.) and advanced prompting.
- Basic understanding of no-code/low-code environments like Zapier, Make, or Retool.
- A bias for action—we value what you can build over your degree or previous brand names.
- Ability to work in-person in Madrid, Spain.
