A globally recognized customer experience and digital solutions leader is hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an exciting project in Barcelona.

This opportunity is adecuado for candidates with customer support experience who are passionate about technology, innovation while building an international career in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

- Location: Barcelona, Spain / On-Site
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (39h/week)
- Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work Permit

What You'll Do

- Support customers via phone, email and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Handle technical and service-related issues within SLA standards
- Maintain product and service knowledge




- Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

- Fluent Danish and English communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
