The Role: Flexible, On-Demand Operational Support

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Spain to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

- This is a freelance, on-demand engagement .
- Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g., specific days for shipments, inventory checks).
- There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours .
- You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/FedEx.
- Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records.
- On-Site Troubleshooting & Support:



Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.

- Have excellent availability and flexibility for sporadic, pre-scheduled assignments.
- Are highly detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
- Possess basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
