What You’ll Do

- Welcome Guests with a Smile: Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to make every guest feel valued.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Take care of food and beverage orders, accommodate special requests, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a Spotless Environment: Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to create a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- Stay Organized: Ensure stations, tables, and side stands are well-stocked, neat, and ready for service.
- Know the Menu: Familiarize yourself with the menu, daily specials, and P.O.S. system to assist guests effectively and efficiently.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues and management to support smooth operations and great service.
- Handle Payments: Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork when needed.
- Adapt and Assist: Help with opening, closing, and side work duties, and take on other responsibilities as requested by management.

- Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute positively to team success.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and seamless communication in a diverse environment.
