Front Office Receptionist – Bikini Hotel Es Trenc

Located in Colònia de Sant Jordi on Mallorca’s south coast, the Bikini Hotel Es Trenc is an energetic beachfront property. We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to manage guest interactions, perform administrative duties, and support the hotel’s hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B; teams to ensure smooth guest services
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and boutique area at all times
- Manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, billing, invoicing, and cashier duties
- Handle reservation management and modifications through the hotel PMS systems
- Utilise basic office skills (Email, Excel, Word) to support daily operations

Qualifications

- Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks




- Good level of English; additional languages are beneficial
- Prior experience in a similar front office position
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach
- Team‑player with effective communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems such as Opera Cloud, SIHOT, Protel, Mews, or equivalent
