About the Role:

- Managing documentation relating to the onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes of employees.
- Providing support with the absence management process.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the database.
- Supporting the benefits management process and maintaining benefits platforms.
- Assisting with employee enquiries.
- Participating in the drafting of HR process and procedure documentation.
- Assisting with scholarship management.
- Managing Jira tickets for new hires and departures.
- Teleworking agreements.
- Assisting with Workmeter management.
- Supporting other administrative tasks within the department.

About You:

- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
- Proactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Availability to undertake a full‑time internship.




- Strong motivation for learning and professional development.
- Good command of MS Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
