Valet / Housekeeping Valet

Responsibilities

- Complies with departmental flooring standards and procedures, providing and ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers and other departmental events.
- Complies with and enforces departmental health and hygiene standards.
- Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well‑being of guests.
- Ensures all cleaning stations are stocked with all necessary supplies and linens to maintain cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, lounges, and fixtures in accordance with company and brand standards.




- Maintains well‑stocked, clean, and tidy storage areas and trolleys.

Requirements

- Openminded, EU citizenship, and studies suitable for the position.
- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
- Speak Spanish or English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic.
- Car driving license (B1) is a must.
