Your Role & Responsibilities

- As a brand ambassador for a leading Swiss telecom provider,



you will deliver outstanding service via inbound channels, ensuring customer satisfaction while naturally spotting opportunities to add value.
- Handle inbound inquiries from German‑speaking customers.
- Analyze and resolve administrative and technical topics (product features, billing, etc.).
- Update internal databases and customer management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and elevate complex cases when necessary.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

- Rotating shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
- Options for 8‑hour, 6‑hour, and 4‑hour shifts to help match your lifestyle. (Note: Potential future late shifts until 01:00 may be introduced later).
- Based in a modern, high‑tech office environment at Mega Park, Sofia.
- Start fully office‑based to bond with your team. After 4 months, you qualify for a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days office) based on meeting standard KPIs.
