Amaris Consulting is seeking a Technical Business Analyst – Oracle HCM Cloud for a large HR transformation project in Madrid. You will own data migration architecture, design integrations, and ensure robust delivery across HDL/HSDL, OIC, and HR interfaces.
You will collaborate with DBA and HR teams, drive end-to-end migration cycles, and contribute to technical governance, test campaigns, and defect resolution. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus; hybrid work in Madrid.
