- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional SAP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience creating functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers on custom developments, enhancements, interfaces and reports.
- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycles, including at least one full SAP implementation or multiple enhancement/support projects.
- Ability to perform configuration, testing (Unit, SIT and UAT), defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration with modules including MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM and PP.
- Experience supporting data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English Spoken and Written.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales.




- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Sales & Distribution.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with CRM, TM, GTS, EWM or third-party applications.
- Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, APIs and middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

- Design functional solutions and prepare detailed functional specifications.
- Work closely with ABAP developers on custom developments and integrations.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM and Basis.
- Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
- Produce functional documentation, user guides and knowledge transfer materials.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, quality and security standards.
- Provide guidance and support to business users throughout the project lifecycle.
