# Program Manager (m/f/d)BarcelonaProfessionalRegularT-Systems Iberia## About this job### Your ProfileWe are looking for an experienced **SAP Program Manager/Project Manager** with extensive expertise in leading digital transformation programs in automotive environments, managing complex SAP projects, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives in time, cost, and quality.#### Must Have Skills* Demonstrable experience in managing large SAP programs and projects, preferably in multinational environments in the automotive sector* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA* Strong knowledge of main business processes associated with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and sales* Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects, from definition phase to start-up and stabilization* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and corporate strategy* Experience in coordinating functional, technical, and external teams, both in person and remotely* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies* Experience in risk management* Experience in planning, budgeting, economic control, and executive reporting* Ability to lead management committees* Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making* Experience in industrial discrete manufacturing environments, with special knowledge of production, planning, quality, and logistics processes specific to the automotive sector* Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) models* Knowledge of Just-In-Sequence (JIS)
