A fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a Technical Program Manager to oversee internal products and lead cross‑functional projects within an Ops Engineering team.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and drive development of internal tools and platforms to support Sales, Customer Success Management, and other departments
- Lead and coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects in close collaboration with Product Engineering teams
- Bridge internal GTM (Go‑To‑Market) teams and engineering by translating process friction into clear technical deliverables
- Transform risky processes into successful internal products, leveraging rapid feedback loops from ideation to deployment
- Collaborate with leadership across all departments to understand internal needs and drive improvement initiatives
- Own project delivery, including planning, scoping, and execution of cross‑functional initiatives
- Define and monitor functional KPIs, success metrics, and business impacts in collaboration with non‑engineering teams
- Participate in sprints, roadmaps, and retrospectives to ensure project progress in a fast‑paced environment
- Optimize internal operations by working closely with a dedicated software engineering team
- Anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively propose solutions for timely, on‑scope delivery
- Provide transparent status updates, timelines,



and project reports to leadership and team members
- Champion best practices in technical project management to ensure quality and scalability of projects

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a consultancy or software startup
- Technical fluency and comfort conversing about APIs, integrations, and development workflows (coding skills not required)
- Affinity for UX with an understanding of user experience principles
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical details into clear business updates
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset; able to identify and address problems early by engaging the right stakeholders

Nice to have

- Experience with vertical SaaS or B2B SMB products
- Exposure to AI/ML or data‑driven product development
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or similar)
