Responsibilities

- As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you’ll help shape the teams that build our product, scale our platform, and define our culture
- You won’t just “fill roles”, you’ll influence how we grow, who we hire, and how Aily evolves
- Partner deeply with hiring managers to build world-class engineering, data, and business teams
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple technical and business domains
- Design creative sourcing strategies that go beyond the obvious and reach exceptional talent
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate experience
- Run sourcing, screening, interviews, and assessments end-to-end with high autonomy
- Help evolve our recruiting processes and scale them as the company grows
- Contribute to employer branding and talent initiatives that reflect who we really are
- Collaborate closely with People, Product, Business and Leadership to continuously improve how we hire and grow teams

Qualifications

- This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy,



and partnering closely with leaders in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using data and reporting to improve hiring decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
- Background in startup, scale-up, or product-driven environments
- Experience or interest in employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles
- Experience hiring tech, data, and business, GTM profiles
- A collaborative mindset—you enjoy being part of a team that supports each other
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Communicate openly, thoughtfully, and with curiosity
- Believe recruiting is about impact, not volume
- Like working closely with people and influencing decisions
- Want to grow alongside the company and take on more responsibility over time
- Are comfortable in fast-growing, sometimes messy startup contexts
- Thrive in hands-on, high-ownership environments
- Enjoy building things from scratch and improving what already exists
