Your main purpose

Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, governance framework, and AI roadmap aligned with business and transformation objectives.

Act as the bridge between executive leadership and technical teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable AI initiatives and vertical workstreams.

Lead the identification, prioritization, and governance of AI and GenAI initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business value and delivery timelines.

Oversee the execution and performance tracking of strategic AI initiatives, including KPI definition, ROI measurement, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

Partner with Data, Engineering, Product, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives are technically feasible, scalable, and operationally adopted.

Drive AI adoption, organizational change management, and stakeholder alignment through workshops, steering committees, and transformation initiatives. Monitor emerging AI technologies,



market trends, and external partnerships to continuously evolve the organization’s AI capabilities and strategic positioning.

What will you bring?

12+ years of experience in AI Strategy, Data & AI Consulting, Enterprise AI Delivery, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership roles. Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1 level); Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields preferred.

Strong hands-on understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, LLM ecosystems, and cloud AI services, with proven experience driving AI initiatives from strategy to execution. Hands-on exposure to GenAI technologies and frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration workflows.

Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional AI or digital transformation programs, including governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting.

Demonstrated experience designing AI operating models, governance frameworks, enterprise roadmaps, and business cases with measurable business impact.

Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to operational efficiency, revenue growth, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and business units.
