A high-growth international technology and infrastructure company is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal matters across its European operations.

Reporting directly to the integral Head of Legal, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in supporting its European expansion.

The Role

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on a broad range of strategic, commercial and operational matters, including:

- Corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investments
- Commercial contracts and partnership arrangements
- Infrastructure development and construction projects
- Corporate governance and compliance
- Regulatory matters and risk management
- Management of external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions
- Leadership, development and management of legal resources within the European business

This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Profile





We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

- Approximately 12-18 years' legal experience
- Strong corporate and commercial legal expertisei>
- Experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, technology, telecommunications or related sectors
- Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing, mentoring or developing legal teams and/or legal resources
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
