Position

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead our SAP Basis team and drive the delivery of reliable, secure, and high‑performing SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

- Manage SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure projects.
- Manage system monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate the resolution of critical incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and SAP consulting teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
- 5+ years previous experience leading technical teams or SAP infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA conversion projects, including RISE with SAP transformations and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP system architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems and HANA/Oracle databases.
- SAP Technology or SAP Basis certifications.
- Experience with SAP BTP,



SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, or SAP Cloud ALM.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in international projects and enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid SAP environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional level of English.
