R&D; Formulation Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Ensure execution of R&D; projects in coordination with work team.
- Organize and oversee the team to meet assigned tasks.
- Monitor all project stages, ensuring compliance with external and internal client requirements.
- Actively participate in internal and external meetings with suppliers, research centres, laboratories to promote learning and department knowledge.
- Conduct market studies and monitoring to stay informed about latest technologies and assess their implementation potential in products.

Minimum Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced level of English. Advanced level of German is a plus.
- Chemical background.
- Knowledge of household products, personal wash market or cosmetics.
- Knowledge of mass-scale production technology in FMCG field.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Ability to prepare and lead project meetings.




- Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams.
- Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills; ability to make independent decisions.
- Presentation skills and ability to present proposals and recommend solutions.
