Job Description

Performing analysis, providing recommendations and following up their implementation driving improvements of European financial performance.

- Act as a right hand for Europe Finance VP.
- Develop a solid understanding of European business performance.
- Analyze and challenge European actuals, budgets and forecasts – in connection with regional finance directors.
- Prepare monthly business reviews with regional financial directors for the destination of EVP Europe and VP Finance Europe.
- Benchmark regional financial performance, provide recommendations on action points and follow up results.

People Management

Influence sub-regional FDs, high exposure to the senior management of Sibelco (CFO, EVP), act within the context of organizational change where resources are scarce, priorities need to be negotiated,



and alternative solutions need to be explored on a constant basis to ensure the achievement of goals.

Continuous Improvement

- Drive sharing the best practices across European regions.
- Provide insights and analytics for ad-hoc analysis required by the VP finance and Sales & Ops EVPs.
- Support Europe Finance VP in implementing Group projects on the European scope and in driving performance and process improvements.
