- Project Delivery & Maintenance: Manage the end-to-end deployment, commissioning, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing network maintenance for business products.
- Issue Resolution & Documentation: Track and resolve equipment issues, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and collect and organize technical documentation.
- Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the pre-sales team by providing testing support and technical demonstrations to ensure seamless delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of fixed-network product principles, system architecture, and key technologies is highly desirable.
- Operational Expertise: Proven experience in fixed-network product engineering delivery and maintenance is a distinct advantage.
Skills
- Advanced level in English.
- Fast self-learning ability.
- Able to work in multi- cultural team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
