Perk is seeking a first-time manager to lead the SDR Team in our Barcelona Growth Markets. You’ll coach a group of up to 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop skills, generate pipeline, and hit targets.
You’ll partner with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies, improve processes, and ensure team success. You’ll foster training, guide new hires, and design playbooks while delivering measurable results that drive Perk’s growth in the region.
