You will define and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements (including DORA).

You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure processes are efficient, well-governed and aligned with service objectives.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening operational resilience, supporting business continuity frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

What You Will Do

- Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred)
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Align processes with SLAs and service objectives
- Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)
- Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives

What You Bring

- 3+ years in process management (BPM)
- 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)
- Experience with SLA definition
- Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
- Knowledge of risk management
- Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)
- Spanish & English (C1)
