Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and development in AI, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain systems using Python, FastAPI, and SQL.
- Collaborate across teams to experiment, prototype, and iterate on AI solutions.
- Solve complex problems using analytical thinking and structured experimentation.
- Navigate ambiguity and provide innovative solutions in dynamic project environments.

Must-have Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python,



FastAPI, and SQL (+4 Year of experience).
- R&D; experience in AI, preferably with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in uncertain or evolving project contexts.
- Prior project experience in similar initiatives is a plus.

Nice-to-have

- AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
