What you’ll do

- Build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal and lead a manufacturing facility.
- Develop leadership capability across real operational challenges and gain end‑to‑end experience of a production environment.
- Rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day‑to‑day operational excellence.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a responsible, accountable individual who is confident, credible and ready to own this role; someone with a proven track record in leadership and a strong background in production or manufacturing.

- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing company.




- English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard).
- Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal.
