What are we looking for?

- An/a Solutions manager logística , with at least 2 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
- Work Model: Hybrid

Requirements:

- Experience in the deployment, commissioning, or support of technology solutions within logistics or industrial environments.
- Ability to train end users and support change management initiatives.
- Strong coordination and communication skills in multicultural and international environments.
- Availability for national and international travel (50–70% of the time).
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Coordinate the installation, configuration, and deployment of automation solutions in logistics warehouses.
- Deliver user training and provide support during go-live and adoption of new functionalities.




- Act as the liaison between development teams and local operational teams.
- Create user documentation and best practice guides for system usage.
- Monitor implementation progress, report updates, and ensure integration with existing systems.
