Your Role

We are expanding our Strategy & Transformation team in Madrid and looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants with experience in consulting, telecommunications, energy, or related industries and a passion for driving transformation.





You will work on strategic and operational projects focused on network transformation, investment planning, digitalization, and emerging technologies, helping leading organizations navigate complex challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support consulting engagements focused on network strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
- Develop business cases, investment plans, and strategic recommendations.
- Create high-quality executive presentations and client deliverables.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand challenges and support solution design.
- Contribute to projects related to network transformation, automation, connectivity, and digitalization.
- Support business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in consulting, telecommunications, energy, utilities, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas through executive-level presentations.




- Interest in network-related topics, infrastructure, and technology-driven transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in telecommunications, connectivity, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Knowledge of network strategy, investment planning, and business case development.
- Exposure to network automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with critical communications networks, satellite technologies, or next-generation connectivity solutions.
- Experience supporting strategy, operations, or transformation programs.
