CRM Marketing Executive – Madrid

As our CRM Marketing Executive, you will help bring engaging customer communications to life across Iberia Club, Vueling Club and the wider Avios ecosystem. Working primarily across email, you will coordinate campaigns from brief through to launch, collaborating with colleagues across marketing, commercial, brand, customer and data teams, as well as our agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver CRM campaigns from brief through to launch, primarily across email, to millions of loyalty members.
- Create clear, engaging briefs that give agency partners everything they need.
- Review creative work, provide constructive feedback and ensure every campaign is on brand, engaging and aligned to business objectives.
- Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively manage approvals, identify risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
- Review campaign performance using metrics such as open rate, click‑through rate and conversion, and identify opportunities to improve future communications.




- Contribute ideas that enhance campaign quality and support the team's ambition to scale CRM activity.

Qualifications

- Experience coordinating marketing, CRM or campaign activity and managing multiple projects.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ownership mentality, proactive problem‑solving, calm under changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build positive relationships across teams.
- Creative mindset with understanding of effective customer communications and core CRM metrics.
- Business proficiency in Spanish and English; dual language requirement.
- Experience in CRM or email marketing a plus but broader campaign management experience also considered.

Benefits and Working Arrangement

The role is based in Madrid. We support a hybrid working model ("The Blend") requiring at least two days per week in office, with the option to work from home or other partner locations as needed.
