Experienced rigger required for immediate start, working alongside in-house sailmakers and composite engineers at One Palma Superyacht Service. You will be working in a dynamic, data-driven, research and development-led team, based out of our new facility in Palma de Mallorca.

Responsibilities

- Pressing wire shrouds.
- Measuring rigs for shroud replacement.
- Stepping and unstepping masts.
- Mast maintenance.
- Tuning rigs.
- Service jobs.

Profile

- Specializing in standing rigging projects on yachts up to 100 ft.
- A team player.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- A minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience at standing and running rigging refit projects.
