Logistics Specialist (Paternity Contract) – Too Good To Go, Madrid, MD, ES.

Full‑time, on‑site. 6‑month fixed‑term contract covering paternity leave.

Responsibilities

- 3PL Performance & SLA Enforcement – Act as the primary daily operational manager for all 3PL and last‑mile activities in the assigned market(s). Monitor partner capacity and performance, enforce SLAs, resolve operational friction, transport delays, and warehouse bottlenecks, and provide clear action plans and proactive updates.
- End‑to‑End Operational Execution – Manage daily inbound order flows, liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure goods are received on time and with minimal discrepancies. Deliver daily, accurate status reports to the local commercial team and ensure adherence to order cut‑offs and picking schedules.
- Data Discipline & Financial Accountability – Maintain flawless inventory data accuracy across master data, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Minimise stock variance, track and approve logistics invoices, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Performance Reporting & Optimisation – Monitor daily logistics KPIs, compile performance data for the Cluster Logistics Manager’s weekly regional reports, and proactively identify and implement tactical improvements to streamline pick‑to‑order workflows.

Qualifications

- Essential: Hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, supply chain,



or retail logistics with direct daily work with 3PLs and last‑mile networks; proven track record in owning operational metrics and holding vendors accountable to SLAs; exposure to fast‑moving pick‑to‑order fulfillment; strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills; excellent organisational and communication skills; critical‑thinking, solution‑oriented, and proactive; full professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Desired: Experience working in an international, fast‑paced setting; practical experience executing workflows within ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS systems.
