RevOps Specialist | Up to 45k | Hybrid role

Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company where you’ll own and scale the operational backbone of revenue teams . You’ll have real autonomy to design processes, optimize systems and turn data into decisions that directly impact growth.

- Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site)
- Salary: Up to 45k + benefits
- Design and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes (lead management, qualification, pipelines and workflows)
- Translate business needs into scalable workflows across HubSpot, ClickUp, Intercom and Ringover
- Define and standardize MQL/SQL criteria, pipeline stages, routing rules and ownership
- Own advanced HubSpot administration (workflows, pipelines, automations, reporting and integrations)
- Ensure CRM data quality, governance and operational best practices
- Build dashboards and reports focused on efficiency, productivity, targets and forecasting
- Analyze performance trends and propose data-driven improvements
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, CS, Production, Tech and Data
- Enable teams through training, documentation and day-to-day operational support

What you bring





- 5+ years in Operations or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of advanced HubSpot experience
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead management and customer lifecycle
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

- Basic SQL and experience with Zapier / Make
- Basic Python knowledge
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with cloud telephony, customer communication tools and BI platforms
