Job Description

Our International Service Desk is Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services. To help our customers maximize the value of IT to their businesses, we offer services at every stage of infrastructure investment. Worldwide employing over 10, 000 staff providing IT advice and support to such major international organisations as Airbus, Sanofi, AstraZeneca and BT. Key to our international operations is our multilingual International Service Center in Barcelona.

We are looking for GERMAN Customer Service Analysts to deliver service.





If you wish to progress your existing career in IT or would like to embark upon a career in computers come to work with us as a GERMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST.

Responsibilities

Your role: You will be providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail: receiving requests and finding the solutions to them.
