Your Team
Our Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists who deliver our unique selling proposition (USP) through technical excellence, the Allianz network, and a relentless focus on clients. We aim to increase the knowledge of our Global Team to enhance the Client Experience through our technical capabilities, internal collaboration and to set the tone for our Multinational growth.
You will report to one of our three Team Leaders and become an integral part of our recently established Multinational Excellence Centre in Madrid, joining our growing dynamic team of Multinational professionals.
Impact You Will Have
You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of multinational insurance programs across various territories. You will ensure alignment with market requirements, facilitate implementation steps and provide expertise for system and process integrations in line with the target vision. In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge, deep understanding of the multinational value chain and processes and competitor benchmarking in order to scope requirements and implement new multinational business processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness for policy issuance
- Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally
- Prepare policy wording documents for sometimes complex customer needs
- Maintain multinational data in core integral systems and ensure accuracy
- Develop standardized procedures for new product implementation
- Actively support transformation initiatives and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with the CUO office to oversee product rollout initiatives
- Facilitate additional support during the product's initial launch phase
What You’ll Bring To The Role
You are operational in Madrid and are a motivated individual, ideally with previous experience in Multinational Insurance Operations in policy administration, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment. You have strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- A solid previous experience in policy administration of multinational insurance programs for large corporates. If you bring first experience in Financial Services and a strong interest in Insurance, you might be eligible for an entry-level role
- Strong understanding of underwriting processes, system integrations and market‑specific dynamics
- Ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and additional European languages are a plus
- Ability to prioritise, plan, coordinate and handle a wide range of tasks
- Competence with Microsoft Office and an interest in new technologies
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
- An interest in training is an advantage
- A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Salary & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is between EUR 34 000 and EUR 44 000 for a full‑time role. The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role and the applicant’s own profile including education, qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, you will receive an attractive performance‑based variable component and may be eligible for additional benefits such as a generous bonus scheme and pension.
